During our recent family vacation at Schloss Ottendorf, we were enchanted by the blend of historic charm and modern comforts. the spacious rooms provided a cozy retreat, offering a glimpse into the castle's rich history. As an architect, I appreciated the owner's passion for restoring this 500-year-old gem, evident in every detail. After exploring the nearby Saxon national park, we were delighted to return to the welcoming atmosphere of the castle. Despite the ongoing renovations, the room was well-equipped and comfortable. Schloss Ottendorf's affordability and proximity to attractions like Bastei bridge make it an ideal choice for families seeking a unique experience. I highly recommend this architectural gem for a memorable stay in the Dresden area.
